The successful candidate will be working on primarily community and admin projects, but will gain insight in all aspects of the business. We are looking for somebody who might not have the expertise or experience, but someone with a passion for esports wanting to get their foot in the door of the industry.>

NSE (National Student Esports) has grown rapidly since its inception in 2018 and is now the largest grassroots gaming community in the UK. Across everything, we take a student-first approach to ensure we always add value to the community. We elevate students’ university esports experience, helping them now and in their future careers. We use our knowledge to help academic institutions, games publishers, and sponsors support the student community.
The British University Esports Championship is the official competition of UK university esports and the at the very core of NSE. Now in its third year, the Championship is the cornerstone of NSE's proposition with over 1,700 teams from 100 universities competing.

- Various administrative projects e.g. reaching out to members of the community, societies, organising deliveries for freshers fairs etc.
- Assist in moderating the NSE Discord & Twitch channel
- Gathering information and relevant community feedback where necessary
- Drafting social media posts
- Harness and promote community engagement and passion
- Supporting online & community events

In the 20/21 academic year the competition saw over 1,700 teams from 100 universities compete across a number of esports titles, with over 70% of participants enrolled on a STEM course.
